  • Purchases: At auction sales at Baden-Baden, Deauville, Newmarket and from racing stables and stud farms.

  • Selection criteria: Proven sires with focus on the classic potential of the horses for the Derby and the Oaks. Selection as in previous years (IT programs, inspection at stud farms and at the auction, selection team of 5 people, all must say yes to each purchase).

  • Sales/Dissolution: After 2026 Derby sale or export to Australia. Sale at the end of five-year-old season in Australia. For an export to Australia, the horses have to qualify of Australian stayer races and the majority of the shareholders must agree to the sale. Should earnings not properly cover transport costs, each shareholder might be asked to contribute additional €10,000 by 07.30.2026. A detailed interim settlement takes place on 12.31.2027. All proceeds and profits achieved after deduction of all costs (purchase, training, veterinary, etc.) are paid out to the shareholders.
