L I B E R T Y R A C I N G THE COSTS Depending on the syndicate, costs per share vary. In LIBERTY RACING 2024 Platinum syndi- cate, each share costs 27,500 euros. In LIBERTY RACING 2024 Gold, each share costs 13,500 euros. Should LIBERTY RACING 2024 Australia be founded, each share will cost 40,000 euros. The Gold and Platinum syndicates will be settled on 31.12. 2026. If LIBERTY RACING 2024 Australia is established, this syndicate will not be settled until 31.12.2027, as the hor- ses are expected to race in Australia from the end of 2026 to 2027. After deducting all expenses (purchase, training, veterinarian, etc.) each shareholder will receive their percentage share of all available funds. It is possible to purchase several shares. LIBERTY RACING Management UG receives 5 percent per syndicate share for the overall management, 5 percent of each cash prize earned by a syndicate’s horse and 5 percent from each horse sale when the syndicate is dissolved. Should LIBERTY RACING Management UG make a profit from a syndicate after deducting all costs, these profits will be invested in new syndicates and the popularisation of horse racing. Further costs such as purchase price for horses, auction fees, veterinarian and agent fees, training costs, transportation of the horses, race colours, etc. are paid by LIBERTY RACING 2024 from the share deposits. Purchasing a share covers everything up to the dissolution of the syndicate. The payment is made to a LIBERTY 2024 account 14 days after signing the syndicate share purchase agree- ment. The syndicate shareholders are not obliged to make additional payments. 20
